Free trial
The free trial lasts 3 days, needs no card and does not turn into a paid plan by itself. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Cancelling
Plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Workspace settings, Billing, Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
- If Searchlark isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll arrange it.
- Later monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.
- If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period, we refund the extra charge.
How to ask for a refund
Write to hello@searchlark.com from the email on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Our order process is run by our reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record, so refunds are paid back through Paddle to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
